Community gardens strengthen connections. The news that Westport’s Food Pantry may cultivate and provide locally sourced fresh produce at the Town Farm is wonderful news. The garden will have renewed life, providing fresh, high quality produce for our neighbors, by our neighbors.
Community gardens provide many benefits to individuals, the community and the environment. This activity will appeal to all ages. Getting your hands dirty in a garden can be a healthy, rewarding family affair.
