One injured when car drives into building in Westport

Call was fire department's 655th of the year

One person sustained minor injuries when a car drove into a building Friday morning at Forge Road and Route 177. The Westport fire and police departments responded to the accident and after transporting the patient to the hospital, monitored the structural integrity of the building as the car was removed. The call was the 655th of the year so far for the fire department.
