Poppasquash home sells for $5.4 million in Bristol

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the sale of 5 Courageous Circle, on Poppasquash Point in Bristol, for $5,300,000. The sellers were represented Allison Dessel, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Allison also facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the top sale in the town of Bristol for 2024 and the highest since August of 2023. Additionally, it is the fourth highest sale on record in the municipality.
