PORTSMOUTH — Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) has announced the sale of a vacant lot on Carnegie Harbor Drive for $2 million — the highest vacant land sale in Rhode Island this year thus far, according to statewide MLS data.

RPL broker associate John Repoza represented the buyer as the selling agent in the transaction, while Eric Kirton of Lila Delman Compass represented the seller as the listing agent.

Listed as “0 Lot 1 Carnegie Harbor Drive,” it’s the largest and last-available waterfront lot in the Aquidneck Club Carnegie Harbor Drive neighborhood.

With more than 300 feet of frontage and impressive sunsets, one can enjoy unobstructed water views stretching south to the Newport Bridge. Aquidneck Club memberships offer championship golf, tennis, boating, equestrian, dining, kids camp, and social activities.

Repoza, a lifelong Rhode Islander with more than 30 years of experience in all facets of residential real estate, was the broker/owner of his own real estate company in Newport for 17 years before joining RPL. For more information, visit JohnRepoza.residentialproperties.com.
