Scenes from a Garden Party at Coggeshall Farm

Last Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day, Coggeshall Farm Museum celebrated the day with a Garden Party, complete with a picnic of tea sandwiches, pasta salad, and lemonade. Costumed historians demonstrated skills that were practiced by the women of the day, including basket weaving.

The season at the Farm continues with a full schedule of events including “Spring at the Farm” on consecutive Saturdays, May 20 and 27; and an Evening at the Farm on June 3, featuring the music of Virginia James Music.
