The Collaborative hosts annual birthday bash

Join The Collaborative as they celebrate eight years of bringing art to the East Bay community! Their Annual Birthday Bash will be held on Thursday, May 18, at the Collaborative Studio in Warren.

The event will include spoken word performances from Collaborative Board Members Sally Turner and Ernest Edwards, a printmaking demo and workshop with Board Member Alana Conlin, and live music with former Collaborative intern Lily Rhodes.

Throughout the evening, tours will be given of The Collaborative’s gallery spaces where the organization hosts monthly artist openings, workshops, and youth artist showcases. The opening night for May Youth Artist, Bliss Matthews, will be running simultaneously at 498 Main Street.

While the event is free, donations are gladly accepted. Complimentary refreshments will be provided by arc{hive} book + snackery, along with their regular snack and bar menu for purchase.

WHEN: Thursday, May 18, from 6 to 9 p.m.

WHERE: The Collaborative Studio, 4 Market St, Warren
