Tiverton police logs: Several DUIs over the week

Monday, Feb. 26

A caller reported a suspicious person at a Stafford Road business at 1:48 a.m.

A Mill Street resident reported the violation of a restraining order at 10:48 a.m.

A vandalism report came in from Tiverton Casino Boulevard at 4:20 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 27

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Leger Lane at 10:34 a.m.

A Stafford Road resident reported a landlord/tenant issue at 11:02 a.m.

A trespassing report came in from Plantation Drive at 1:20 p.m.

A Jiley Hill Road resident complained of soliciting at 3:27 p.m.

A resident reported suspicious activity on Cutter Lane at 3:30 p.m.

A Main Road resident requested an officer at 4:15 p.m.

A caller reported an unwanted person on Main Road at 5:44 p.m.

A resident reported a weapons violation on Eight Rod Way at 8:31 p.m.

Shannon M. Dixon, 43, of 136 Lonsdale St., Apt. 3W, Fall River, was charged with possession of a Schedule I to V controlled substance, 10 grams or less, and possession of a weapon other than a firearm, after a caller reported a drug/narcotics violation on Tiverton Casino Boulevard at 9:38 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 28

A caller reported an unwanted person on Evans Avenue at 7:01 a.m.

A caller reported fraud at a Fish Road business at 8:23 a.m.

A report of wires down on Ash Avenue came in at 10:58 a.m.

Vandalism was reported at Fogland Beach at 3:19 p.m.

A resident complained of soliciting on Stafford Road at 5:02 p.m.

Reports of debris on Route 24 came in at 5:41 p.m., 6:51 p.m., and 9:55 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 29

Callers reported debris on Route 24 at 1:56 a.m. and 6:39 a.m.

A report of a tree down on Stafford Road came in at 2:18 a.m.

A caller reported harassment/threats at a Main Road business establishment at 10:41 a.m.

Elmer Marquez Castro, 21, of 284 Tremont St., Apt. 2,, Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, BUI unknown, and driving after the denial, revocation or suspension of his licens, following a car stop on Main Road at 10:38 p.m.

Friday, March 1

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Main Road at 12:43 a.m.

A report of vandalism on Saxony Avenue came in at 3:05 p.m.

A 17-year-old was charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct after a caller reported vandalism at a Stafford Road business establishment at 7:37 p.m.

Callers reported suspicious vehicles on Route 24 at 7:47 p.m. and Industrial Way at 8:24 p.m.

Saturday, March 2

An animal complaint came in from Bulgarmarsh Road at 6:38 a.m.

A Bridle Way resident complained of soliciting at 1:16 p.m.

A caller reported an intoxicated person at a Stafford Road business at 3:22 p.m.

Eleanor J. Wilcox, 30, of 1 Mill St., was charged as a fugitive from justice at 2:55 p.m.

A report of an erratic driver on Fish Road came in at 4:49 p.m.

Cory M. Camara, 39, of 706 Broadway, Fall River, was charged with trespassing at the Tiverton casino at 8:54 p.m.

A caller reported a tree down on Stafford Road at 9:53 p.m.

Sunday, March 3

A caller reported a suspicious person on Main Road at 12:35 a.m.

Brandon T. Jussaume, 37, of 214 Lynwood St., Fall River, was charged with disorderly conduct on Stafford Road at 1:18 a.m.

Justin M. Rioux, 35, of 113 Pierce St., Apt. 2, New Bedford, was charged on a bench warrant from Third Division District Court following a car stop on Stafford Road at 9:40 a.m.

An Evergreen Avenue resident requested an officer to keep the peace at 10:04 a.m.

A 15-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct after a 911 caller requested an officer on Stafford Road at 1:47 p.m.

Ryan Grant, 34, of 91 Lees River Drive, Swansea, was charged with driving after the denial, revocation or suspension of his license and possession of a weapon other than a firearm, after a request to check the condition of a driver on Tiverton Casino Boulevard came in at 5:25 p.m.

A resident reported property damage on Route 24 at 7:30 p.m.
