The Wickford Art Association announces the production of the 60th Wickford Art Festival on Saturday July 8th & Sunday July 9th from 10am-4pm. The Festival will be held at Wilson Park in North Kingstown, RI. Wilson Park is located just outside of historic Wickford Village, where the first Festival was held in 1962. This Wickford Art Festival is a juried Fine Art Festival that will display the work of up to 200 artists from all over New England and beyond.

You are certain to find a piece of fine art that you will love from the thousands of offerings at the 2023 Festival. Some of the artists have been exhibiting with the Wickford Art Festival for well over 25 years. You will see the familiar faces of our Veteran artists along with the next generation of talented exhibitors. Whether it is painting, photography, 3D work, fine functional art, Printmaking, or Drawing; there is sure to be an artwork that you will be bringing home. Come for the art and stay for the food.

There will be food offerings from Newport Chowder Company, Little B’s BBQ, Kettle Popcorn from Greg Evron, Sunset Farms, and On the Rhode Café will be on site for hot and iced coffee. And let’s not forget about a Rhode Island favorite, Del’s lemonade, they will be around all weekend. Historic Wickford Village is a ¼ mile walk from Wilson Park, where you can shop, eat, and enjoy beautiful Wickford Harbour and reminisce about the 1962 Wickford Art Festival.

The Wickford Art Association would like to thank the North Kingstown High School Art Department for their partnership throughout the year and the North Kingstown Educational Foundation for their volunteer support at the festival.

WAA also thanks the following sponsors for their generous support of this project and for other initiatives and programming throughout the year. Bank Newport, Centreville Bank, Adler’s Design Center & Hardware, D'Ambra Construction, Crestar Picture Framing and the North Kingstown Arts Council. We also thank Cardi's Furniture and Mattresses and Engel & Voelkers for their in-kind support.
