Franco, 37, of 507 Alden St., Apt. 120, Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, BAC .1 to .15; reckless driving and other offenses against public safety; and possession of a Schedule I to V controlled substance – 10 grams or less, after a 911 caller asked police to check the condition of a driver on Route 24 at 5:10 p.m.

Roger E. Stours, 62, of 101 Blueberry Lane was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery and domestic disorderly conduct after a caller reported a domestic incident on Blueberry Lane at 6:55 p.m.

Jazmin Medeiros, 33, of 295 Brownell St., Apt. 2, Fall River, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and reckless driving and other offenses against public safety after a 911 caller reported an accident on Briggs Lane at 11:09 p.m.
