All the art in the windows is up for purchase until Dec. 23, and 100% of proceeds will go directly to the artist.
The Warren Arts and Cultural Commission has installed a “pop-up” shop of ten local artists in the windows of 22 Child St., next to the “Rising Tides” mural which was completed in October. All the art in the windows is up for purchase, and 100% of proceeds will go directly to the artist. The art will be on display and available for purchase until December 23, 2022.
This pop-up shop was created to provide a larger stage for local artists who are not currently affiliated with a gallery, as well as fill the windows of a vacant storefront along Child St. The hope is to continue to offer this pop-up shop until the storefront has been filled. New artists will be selected every six weeks. Interested local artists who would like to participate in future displays can contact WACC at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Warren Arts & Culture Commission exists to cultivate and support Warren’s diverse artistic and cultural assets; expand opportunities for public art, and for activities that speak to the history and cultural identity of the Town; review public art requests to ensure they adhere to the public art guidelines, and provide guidance or assistance for public art projects when needed; and act as a local arts and culture resource online and around town.
Prices and contact information will be posted at the storefront and interested customers can contact the artists through a “QR” code or by email until Dec. 23. They all invite you to stop by and “window shop” for their original, locally created art.
