Did some staff get pay raises up to 10 percent and several others were told that they would receive another raise before the end of the year?
Was a staff person promised the executive director position?
Was there a leak in the East Providence transmission line at the golf course, and if so what was the cost to fix it?
Is the meter upgrade that cost more than $3.5 million completed? Was there any extra cost such as software, antennas, etc.?
Were any roads dug up to reline the pipes only to find out that they were already cleaned and lined already?
Are the three-quarter-inch plastic line water services being replace with one-inch copper lines and if so at what cost?
Is East Providence paying anything for the transmission line to Pawtucket to get water?
An audit should be done, term limits set, as some members have been on the board for more than 20 years. The BCWA should be placed under the PUC control, as the ratepayers should be protected.
The answers for these questions should be answered publicly.
