  • Ford recalls 16,000 model year 2022-2023 F-150 BEVs due to the rear lightbar possibly not operating as intended
  • Honda recalls 1.19 million Odysseys, Pilots and Passports due to rearview camera possibly not displaying
  • Nearly 30,000 model year 2017-2020 Land Rover Discovery’s recalled due to a possible issue with the rear passenger door not latching properly

  • Bose recalls Acoustimass®, Lifestyle® and Companion™ Bass Modules due to fire hazard
  • Victrola recalls Bluetooth Record Players due to fire hazard from overheating

  • Conagra Brands recalls frozen beef shepherd’s pie due to a possible contamination of plastic in the food

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once.
