Touisset home sells for $1.06 million

Posted

Residential Properties Ltd. recently announced the sale of 3 Waterview Lane in Warren for $1.06 million. RPL Sales Associate Sam Tobin represented the seller as the listing agent in this transaction.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the second-highest sale in Warren this year.

Warren’s Touisset Point is the location of this spectacular 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Ranch. Cathedral ceilings in the fireplaced living room create grandeur, while the cook’s kitchen offers quartz countertops, an expansive center island, and a cozy breakfast area. The spacious primary suite pleases with a reading alcove, a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with double sinks, a large corner tub, and a tiled shower. The suite also provides access to the rear deck, lending a retractable awning, that sits off the landscaped yard, patio, and fire pit. The home’s three additional bedrooms, full bath, and half bath complete the layout of this modern, airy main floor. The generous finished basement provides high ceilings and six luminous windows for a fabulous finish. Water views and proximity to the shore enhance daily life in the desirable Touisset section of Warren. The Touisset Point Community Club, local swimming, the Audubon Touisset Marsh Wildlife Refuge, and convenient golfing options make it a Rhode Islander’s paradise.

The listing agent, Sam Tobin, was with Libby Kirwin Real Estate in Newport prior to joining RPL. She is a Rhode Island native and current Newport resident.
