Monday, June 10
A burst pipe at a building on Market Street at 11:28 a.m. caused an evacuation. A contractor was contacted to conduct a repair.

A caller on reported at 11:47 a.m. that their dog was attacked by another dog.

Teyonsea G. Reyes, 18, of 87 Sterling Ave., Apt. #3, Providence, was arrested on Metacom Avenue at 12:29 p.m. following a report of a man and a woman fighting in front of a fire station. They were charged with two counts of domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery, and disorderly conduct, both direst offenses).

A groundskeeper on Massasoit Avenue reported a tent in a wooded area at 3:39 p.m. Police found it unoccupied at the time, but said they would continue to monitor it.

Police received a notice from Bristol PD, who received a Tip411 report that a vehicle in the area was possibly adding skimming devices to local ATMs. Police checked ATMs in the area and found no such devices.

A Brown Street resident reported at 7:18 p.m. that he had just been yelled at and threatened by a man living in the woods. Police made contact with the individual and dispersed them from the area.

Tuesday, June 11
Ruth N. Carroll, 67, of 11 Kenny Dr., Warren, was arrested near Franklin and Oak Streets at 1:12 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop. She was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. She was arraigned and released later that evening.

Daniel Walsh, 43, of 12 Harrison St., Bristol, was arrested following an accident in a parking lot on Metacom Avenue at 6:57 p.m. He was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was arraigned and transported to the ACI later that evening.

Wednesday, June 12
An animal bite on Laurel Lane that occurred prior to the report at 1:44 p.m. was logged.

Police assisted with a parent who had locked their juvenile in a car on Main Street at 2:35 p.m. The child was freed without incident 10 minutes after the call.

A caller on Metacom Avenue reported at 4:37 p.m. that a silver F-250 truck had damaged a vehicle and then took off without stopping. Bristol was notified.

Kenneth J. LaGrange, 54, of 78 Arlington Ave., Apt. #B, Warren, was arrested on Arlington Avenue at 9:10 p.m. following a report of a man causing a verbal argument. He was ultimately charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned and later transported to court.

Thursday, June 13
A no trespass order was issued to a person who was sleeping inside a vehicle parked on Main Street at 1:16 a.m.

Police assisted someone on Metacom Avenue at 9:22 a.m. who reported that a cat had been trapped under the seat of a vehicle since the previous day. It was safely extricated and returned to the owner by the animal control officer at 10:15 a.m.

Police assisted a person on Market Street at 2:33 p.m. after they locked their dog in their car. It was freed about 10 minutes after the call.

Friday, June 14
Police responded to Beth Avenue at 10:17 a.m. to follow up on a report of a dog bite.

Police responded to Frank Court at 12:39 p.m. for a report of a dog bite that had previously occurred.

Multiple agencies responded to a situation on Market Street at 2:15 p.m. The log indicates a delivery truck had struck a hydrant in the area, causing diesel fuel to leak into a culvert. A vehicle then struck a fire truck that had responded to the scene. RIDOT, the Bristol County Water Authority, and DEM all had to be notified. The scene was clear about an hour after being initially reported.

Police received a report that a man was outside the library on Main Street “with no clothing on from the waist down.” He was gone when police arrived.

Saturday, June 15
Carol A. Ryan, 58, of 1942D Village Grn. S., Apt. #2, Riverside, was arrested on an active warrant out of Barrington on Railroad Avenue at 1:54 p.m. She was transported into the custody of Barrington PD later that afternoon.

A serious car accident was reported on Metacom Avenue at 3:17 p.m. involving a car hitting a utility pole. The car became totally engulfed by flames, and the fire was extinguished by firefighters. DEM was notified as gasoline had entered the nearby storm drain. Nobody was reported to be injured.

Abigail Fontaine, 26, of 394 Metacom Ave., Apt. #9, Warren, was arrested on Metacom Avenue at 8:08 p.m. following a report of someone yelling and banging on walls. She was charged with one count of disorderly conduct and was released following her arraignment later that evening.

Sunday, June 16
Steven J. Ferreira, 55, of 1 Anson Dr., Riverwise, was arrested on Main Street following a motor vehicle stop at 1:05 a.m. He was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was arraigned and released later that morning.

Jesus Rivera, 34, of 12 Wallace St., FL Apt. #1, Providence, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop near Metacom Avenue and Vernon Street at 2:18 a.m. He was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was arraigned and release later that morning.

Monday, June 17
A caller reported at 12:17 a.m. that they had spotted two people in the marsh on Market Street with flashlights. Police found the two people stuck in the marsh on foot while illegally shellfishing. DEM was advised.
