It was fun, and it was a fund-raiser.

The annual Fraid Knots Kids Bike Ride took place late last month, and drew a large crowd of young bicyclists and their parents to the Country Club plat neighborhood. The event served as a fund-raiser for the Fraid Knots, a team of adults who ride in the Pan Mass Challenge each year, raising much-needed money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

The kids bike ride included games, treats, prizes, competitions, and plenty of food.

All money raised will go to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for groundbreaking cancer research and treatment.
