The most expensive price paid for a private residence in East Providence was coordinated by Residential Properties Ltd. and sales associate Alicia Reynolds, as a buyer recently purchased 122-124 Riverside Drive in "The Terrace"  neighborhood of the city for $1.3 million.

According to State-Wide MLS data, the property, known to most locally as being part of the Narragansett Terrace neighborhood, is the highest residential sale ever recorded in East Providence
