Waterfront home sale is highest in Warren this year

Residential Properties Ltd. recently announced the sale of 15 Read Avenue in Warren for $1.2 million. RPL Sales Associate Karen Occhialini and Broker Associate Angie Salem represented the seller as co-listing agents in this transaction.

Amanda Bruneau represented the buyer. At the time of the sale, she was with Residential Properties, but she has since moved to a different brokerage.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the highest sale of any kind in Warren year to date.
