Barrington residents dominate the top-50 at second annual Woods Trail Race

It was a Barrington race, so maybe it should come as no surprise that Barrington runners dominated the results.

Barrington’s Craig Lefort was the top male finisher at the Barrington Woods Trail Race on Saturday, Aug. 10, and Grace Gaines, also a Barrington resident, was the top female finisher. Lefort completed the 3.1-mile course in 19:55.9. Gaines crossed the finish line with a time of 24:54.0. More than 100 people registered for the event, which raised money for the Barrington High School cross country program.
