EAST PROVIDENCE — The midway at the Crescent Park "Summerfest" Carnival, held July 17-21 on the grounds of the historic site located in the Riverside section of the city, was once again bustling throughout most of its stay, including last Friday evening, July 19.
Besides the rides and carnival fare, well-known local act "Brother to Brother" was the featured musical performer that night.
If Friday's crowd was any indication, then the second annual Summerfest was once again a hit, following a successful start up with the inaugural event held a year ago.
