Costumed families and decorative car trunks made for a festive scene on a beautiful autumn afternoon at Crescent Park on Saturday during The Great Townie Pumpkin Festival, which kicked off a series of seasonal events at The Carousel.
The event featured over 50 different vendors and featured face-painting, pumpkin decorating, and a spirited trunk or treat that gave plenty of reasons to smile at the onset of the spookiest, most delightful time of year.
