The Head of Westport was packed with water lovers Saturday not just because of the mid-summer weather, but also because of the annual party thrown by the Westport River Watershed Alliance. The WRWA’s annual River Day attracted several hundred visitors who played games, learned about life in and along the river, cast a net to see what they might find and, like Teddy Kinsey, learned about the fascinating horseshoe crab.
