Monday, Feb. 12
A woman on Wilbur Avenue reported at 3:23 p.m. that medication had been stolen from a delivered package.

Tuesday, Feb. 13
Two residents, one of Croade Street and one of Market Street, reported a plow driver traveling at excessive rates of speed at 11:12 a.m. and 11:21 a.m. respectively. Two more calls from Croade and Market Street for the same complaint were logged again at 1:18 p.m. and 1:20 p.m.

Verizon and the DPW Director were notified of a wire that was pulled down on Canario Drive by a Town truck at 1:06 p.m.

A wire down near Middle and Child Streets made the road impassable at 1:38 p.m. Verizon was ultimately notified at 3:59 p.m.

DPW was advised that a plow driver may have knocked down a mailbox of a resident on Ridgeway Drive at 3:14 p.m.

A call from Barton Avenue described a yellow and green parakeet flying into the home that a person was renting at 4:51 p.m.

A car accident with a deer was reported near Barton Avenue and Touisset Road at 6:27 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 14
A woman reported their vehicle had been damaged while parked on Main Street at 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 15
An Arlington Avenue resident reported their trash/recycling bin had been stolen at 9:46 a.m.

Fraud was reported on Nobert Street at 5:11 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 16
Rhode Island Energy was notified at 4:15 p.m. for a power outage on Libby Lane caused by a small animal tripping a relay on one of the utility poles.

A caller reported a previous road rage incident at 6:05 p.m. where someone with a small SUV hatchback and veterans plates and stickers followed the caller all the way back to their home.

Kenneth J. LaGrange, 53, of 78 Arlington Ave., Apt. B, Warren, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on a Superior Court warrant. He was later transported to the ACI.

Saturday, Feb. 17
A caller reported a possible sick raccoon in the area of Summer and Water Streets at 4:21 p.m. An officer observed the raccoon on a rooftop, and the caller said they would notify the building owner.

Sunday, Feb. 18
A loud, large gathering on Main Street was reported at 12:56 a.m. Upon police arrival, all was quiet and the people remaining were dispersed.

Fire personnel responded to Libby Lane at 9:44 p.m. after a resident reported their TV started to smoke. They recommended he removed the TV from the apartment.

Monday, Feb. 19
Elias Cabral, 20, of 49 Wheaton St., Warren, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop near Child and Elm Streets. He was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), refusal to submit to a breathalyzer, and possession of marijuana while aged 17-20 (less than or equal to two ounces).
