Warren's Lyric Theatre sells for $550,000

The Imagine building at 5 Miller St. has sold to a Cumberland-based LLC  for $550,000.

The old Lyric Theatre, which once hosted Vaudeville acts in the early 20th century, housed an antiques center and coffee shop before becoming the home to the Imagine gift shop about 15 years ago. The sale, from GGA LLC to Action Realty LLC of Cumberland, was completed last month.

John Dean, an attorney acting as the agent for Action Realty, did not return a telephone call seeking comment on the owners’ plans for the building. But a worker said Friday that there are no changes planned, and Imagine will continue to operate as it has, albeit under new building ownership.
