Christmas comes early for Tiverton couple

Christmas came early for Tiverton residents Rebecca Glynn and Vanio Tavares, who welcomed the arrival of their second child, Grace, early Wednesday, Dec. 7 at Newport Hospital.

And though he's been busy getting ready for his trip around the world in two weeks, the Jolly Elf himself stopped in to wish a Happy Holiday to Grace soon after her arrival (in this case, Santa was Newport Hospital employee Tim McDowell).
