Debate will feature Democrats running for Barrington Town Council
Forum set for Wednesday, Sept. 4
The four Democrats running for Barrington Town Council will participate in a forum at the Barrington Library auditorium on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 6:30 p.m.
Anthony Arico, Liana Cassar, Jordan Jancosek and Kerry O’Neill will square off in the primary — there will be three open Council seats. The top three vote-getting Democrats will share the field with three Independent candidates (Bryan Hoffman, Brian Hughes and Derick Daley) in the general election.
The Sept. 4 forum is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Rhode Island and will be moderated by Scott Pickering, of the East Bay Media Group.
Primary election polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sept. 10.
Poll locations are at Barrington High School (Precinct 101), Barrington Middle School (Precinct 102 and 103), Hampden Meadows School (Precinct 104 and 105) and Barrington Town Hall (Precinct 106). Nayatt School and Sowams School will not be used as polling locations.
