The Fuller Creative Learning Center wants to celebrate its 10-year anniversary with you!

The Fuller Creative Learning Center, a part of the East Providence Public Library, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with an evening of creativity, connection, and community. The public is invited to join us on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Fuller Creative Learning Center, 260 Dover Ave, East Providence, RI.

For the past 10 years, Fuller has provided educational, innovative, and unique programming that encourages community members to learn, create, explore new technologies, and connect with one another.

This anniversary celebration will highlight memorable moments from the past decade, including community feedback, past instructors, programs, and the creativity and hard work that have made Fuller meaningful to so many in East Providence.

Guests of all ages can enjoy a variety of interactive activities, including:

  • A culinary experience and food tastings
  • Door prizes
  • 3D printing demonstrations
  • Interactive robots
  • Green screen photos

The event continues Fuller’s 10-year anniversary celebration that began in August and offers a chance for the community to experience the creativity, technology, learning, and fun that are at the heart of the Fuller Creative Learning Center.

This event is free and open to all. Registration is not required.

Jim McGaw

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
