Letter: Thank you, RWU men’s soccer team

To the editor:

On Saturday, Sept. 19 the BYSA under-10 boys competitive soccer team attended the RWU men’s soccer game and accompanied the players on the field for pregame introductions.

That in itself was an experience I am sure they will remember for quite some time but when the boys got to their BYSA practice on Tuesday at Colt State Park each player had a bag with goodies (sweatshirt, sun glasses and a water bottle) from RWU Athletics waiting for them!
I would like to personally thank Head Coach James Greenslit, his assistants, players and RWU Athletic Department for going above and beyond!

I can’t speak for everyone on the youth team but I know my son and I will definitely be attending a few more games to support the RWU men’s team!
