APRIL VACATION

Spring into play at Providence Children's Museum during April break

Posted

Prepare to spring into a week filled to the brim with giggles, play, and memories that will last a lifetime at Providence Children’s Museum (PCM) during the April school vacation! PCM is rolling out the red carpet with extended hours and an action-packed lineup of activities from April 13th to April 21st, 2024, ensuring every day is a play day!

To start the week of festivities, Trinity Rep will visit PCM for their Cultural Connections program. Dive into different worlds through play, improvisation, and the magic of miming!

Monday heats up with Mad Science of Southern MA & RI bringing the heat (and ice!) with their interactive fire and ice show! From foggy dry ice experiments to bouncing beach balls, it's an explosion of excitement you won't want to miss.

But wait, there's more! On Tuesday, Rock-a-Baby, the rock stars of children's music, are ready to get you grooving and moving with a spectacular musical performance that'll have you singing and dancing all the way home!

And on Wednesday, cuddle up for a cozy afternoon with bunnies of all shapes and sizes courtesy of Xen’s Critters. It's bound to be an adorable overload!

On Thursday, children will embark on a button-making bonanza, gleefully selecting colors and designs to personalize their creations, a colorful memento of their imaginative adventure.

Get ready for a wild and messy adventure on Friday, as we kick off Earth Day celebrations a few days early with the ultimate seed bomb-making extravaganza. Prepare to get your hands dirty and sprinkle a little magic into our environment as we craft seed bombs bursting with life and love for our planet!

Best part? All these jaw-dropping activities come bundled with your museum admission!
