The Town of Warren held its annual remembrance event at the Town Wharf on the 22nd anniversary of September 11th at 8:45 a.m. on Monday morning.
Father Joseph Upton led the event off with a prayer before a flag raising ceremony was led by Warren Police Color Guard members. Fire Chief James Sousa then placed a wreath in the river in honor of the 2,977 victims who were killed in the acts of terror that day.
