WaterFire returns for a full lighting on Saturday night

WaterFire, an award-winning sculpture by Barnaby Evans installed on the three rivers of downtown Providence, features over 80 sparkling bonfires, torch-lit vessels traveling down the river, and music from around the world.

WHAT: WaterFire

WHEN: Full lightings from sunset to 11 p.m. are on Saturday, June 1; Thursday, July 4; and Saturday, Aug. 31. A partial lighting in the Waterplace Basin is on Tuesday, July 30, from sunset to 10 p.m.

WHERE: Along the rivers and at Waterplace Park, Providence
