The town has selected nearly four miles of road to be re-paved this fall and winter, under the Chapter 90 street program. They include:
• Charlotte White Road, from Drift to Main, approximately 3,300 feet.
• Main Road, from 200 feet north of Charlotte White Road to 472 Main Road, approximately 2,400 feet.
• Hix Bridge Road, from Route 88 to Main Road, including the intersection, approximately 1,700 feet.
• Tickle Road, from Route 177 to Briggs Road near Kim Drive, including the intersection, approximately 9,300 feet
• Briggs Road, from Tickle Road near KIm Drive to 398 Briggs Road, approximately 2,300 feet.
Work is schedule for late fall and early Spring, Westport Town Manager James Hartnett wrote in his monthly report to the Select Board.
