Culprit(s) left Sour Patch Kids behind

On Tuesday, Oct. 20, a Washington Road resident told Barrington Police that someone had kicked her front door, leaving footprints on the door, and then left candy on her porch.

The woman said she had been watching television the previous night when she heard sounds coming from the front of her home. She later noticed the footprints and found two small packages of Sour Patch Kids candies. She said the footprints appeared to have been made by a Yeezy slide.

Police said the woman planned to install a doorbell camera.
