On Thursday night, June 27, Newport Film Outdoors will be screening a documentary of towering heights. Part romance, part thriller, “Skywalkers: A Love Story” follows a daredevil couple as they take their relationship to terrifying new heights in a wild scheme to climb the world’s second highest skyscraper and perform a death-defying stunt on the spire.
It will be shown at the Salve O’Hare Lawn, 36 Ochre Point Ave., Newport. The venue opens 6 p.m. Live music by the Van Pelt Duo begins at 7:30 p.m. The film starts at 8:30 p.m.
