Warren PD: Four arrests, including one DUI

Monday, June 24
A Main Street resident reported at 9:31 a.m. that their trash bin had gone missing.

At 2:05 p.m. the animal control officer transported injured baby bunnies from Main Street to the shelter to wait to be picked up by a wildlife rehabilitation facility.

A Touisset Road resident reported damage to his boat at 3:15 p.m. caused by a loose dinghy.

Police responded to a gas station on Market Street at 7:30 p.m. for a dispute involving someone not paying for gas.

Tuesday, June 25
A staff member reported at 11:46 a.m. that a threatening note had been left on one of the swings of a property on Libby Lane.

Police got a call regarding a hit and run incident that occurred on Metacom Avenue around 2:34 p.m.

Wednesday, June 26
A Touisset Road resident called police at 7:56 a.m. after striking a deer. The animal was declared dead at the scene and DEM was advised.

Police responded to Franklin Street at 12:34 p.m. following a report of a cat scratch.

Mail tampering was reported on Campbell Street at 1:22 p.m.

A Child Street resident reported at 3:53 p.m. a possible breaking and entering incident that had occurred at some point prior.

Thursday, June 27
Police followed up on a dog bite report at 8:52 a.m. on Main Street that had priorly occurred.

A Water Street resident requested to speak to police at 9:35 a.m. regarding a possible scam.

Terri R. Pagetravers, 54, of 721 Hope St., Bristol, was arrested on Water Street at 9:11 p.m. following a report that someone’s vehicle had been struck while parked. They were charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. They were arraigned and released later that evening.

Friday, June 28
A caller reported at 11:52 a.m. that a dog had jumped on their vehicle near Water and Sisson Streets, causing scratches.

Damage to a vehicle was reported on Vernon Street at 1:53 p.m.

Alexandra E. Dzialo, 30, of 552 Child St., Warren, was arrested following an incident on Child Street at 4:07 p.m. They were charged with three counts of domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery, vandalism, and disorderly conduct, all first offenses). They were arraigned and released later that evening.

Daniel Koehler, 36, of 76 Arlington Ave., Apt. #2, Warren, was arrested on Metacom Avenue at 4:34 p.m. following a report of a motor vehicle accident. They were charged with being a fugitive from justice and were transported to the ACI later that evening.

Saturday, June 29
Police spoke to a man on Metacom Avenue after receiving a noise complaint at 12:37 a.m. He was reportedly working on his car with power tools.

An Arlington Avenue resident reported that plates went missing from their significant other’s car in the driveway at 5:00 p.m.

Denia A. Affonso, 42, of 243 Market St., Apt. #1, Warren, was arrested on a warrant at 8:36 p.m. They were charged with one count of vandalism.

Sunday, June 30
Police dispersed a man on Main Street at 10:15 p.m. who was reportedly lying on the ground.
