Monday, June 3
Police restored the peace on Main Street at 9:13 a.m. following the report of a man acting belligerent towards others.

Police responded to Beth Avenue at 1:03 p.m. following a report from the building official regarding illegal dumping. While attempting to make a notice of the infraction, the building official was reportedly bitten by a dog. The animal control officer was informed of the event.

Police responded to the Town Beach on Water Street at 2:04 p.m. for a report of a woman arguing with other beachgoers.

Tuesday, June 4
John. J. Cardosi Jr., 53, of 3 Oyster Shell Ln, Barrington, was arrested on Main Street following a motor vehicle stop at 12:25 a.m. He was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was arraigned and released later that morning.

A Main Street resident called police at 1:57 p.m. after their ex-wife had used their credit card without permission. Police advised them on how to solve the civil issue.

A Main Street resident reported a loud airhorn being used in the area at 3:58 p.m. but police found nothing nearby and didn’t observe the noise themselves.

A Wood Street resident reported at 8:00 p.m. that a neighbor had “intentionally” placed a grill underneath their air conditioning unit, causing smoke to fill their home. Police observed the grill had been moved and was not in use prior to their arrival.

Wednesday, June 5
A Terrace Avenue resident reported finding a bat at 10:25 a.m. but it had gone by the time authorities arrived.

Janice K. Lahai, 32, of 7 Davis St., Apt. #3RD, Warren, was arrested on an active warrant out of Hopkinton at 12:01 p.m. She was placed into the custody of Hopkinton PD at 1:55 p.m.

A Metacom Avenue resident reported both plates were suddenly missing from their vehicle at 1:30 p.m.

An animal bite was reported on Child Street at 1:32 p.m.

Police dispersed two men from Main Street at 2:41 p.m. who were reportedly harassing customers for money.

A caller was reportedly transported to the hospital at 4:17 p.m. after calling police and informing them that he was not feeling like himself and “wants to harm others.”

Police dispersed juveniles from the area of the bike path near Turner Street at 8:17 p.m. following a report that they were being too loud.

Thursday, June 6
Christopher C. Medeiros, 39, of 206 Metacom Ave., Warren, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop near Serpentine and Schoolhouse Roads at 1:25 a.m. He was charged with DUI of liquor (BAC unknown, first offense), and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was arraigned and released later that morning.

Police responded to Market Street at 7:37 p.m. following a report from a passerby who requested a wellbeing check of a man who was sitting in a silver sedan and appeared to be asleep sitting at the wheel. They also reported the man appeared to regain consciousness and was then eating in the vehicle. But the man was gone when police arrived to the area.

Friday, June 7
A Wood Street caller requested to speak with an officer at 12:05 a.m. with information regarding a “peeping Tom”.

Police received a report that juveniles had been fighting at 8:14 a.m. on Child Street.

Police dispersed a man from Main Street at 8:30 p.m. following a report from someone who claimed they had been sleeping in their vehicle, and that they had been seen several times in the past acting strangely and that they did not believe them to be local to the area. The person was advised of the complaint and was dispersed.

Police responded to Main Street at 9:50 p.m. following a report that a car had hit a garage and fled the scene.

Saturday, June 8
The animal control officer responded to Dyer Street at 8:25 a.m. for the report of baby skunks being found. They were given to the custody of a wildlife rehabilitation facility.

A Beth Avenue resident reported at 11:26 a.m. to have fallen victim to a tax scam.

Police responded to the area of Metacom Avenue and Rosa Boulevard at 2:44 p.m. for the report of juveniles throwing toys into the road from a window. Police spoke to the parents and reported that the toys were being picked up.

Emanuel R. Santos, 46, of 11 Arlington Ave., Apt. #3RDF, Warren, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Mason Street with an active warrant. He was charged with two counts of domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery, and disorderly conduct, both first offenses). He was arraigned and released later that evening.

A caller on Main Street reported to police at 7:55 p.m. that an ATM did not release their money. They were told to follow up with the bank on Monday.

An Arlington Avenue resident reported at 10:45 p.m. that someone had taken sneakers from their home.

Sunday, June 9
Police dispersed two juveniles from the area of Main and Miller Streets at 1:52 a.m. Police learned they were “taking pictures for social media in the roadway”.

Police dispersed a group of juveniles who were walking down to the Town Beach from the area of Laurel Lane at 11:13 p.m.
